Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Secret Blueprints LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Quince MCP (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you're allowed to.

2. What the Service does

The Service is a remote MCP server. It lets an AI app you connect read data from your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts through Amazon's official APIs, and propose changes that are applied only after you approve them. How it works is described in our Docs.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • The Service is for businesses. You must be at least 18.
  • You may only connect Amazon accounts you own or have written permission from the owner to manage.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you give access to.

4. Connecting Amazon

You authorize the Service on Amazon's own consent pages, and you can revoke that access at any time in the Service or in your Amazon account. Your use of the Service with Amazon must also follow your agreements with Amazon, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and Amazon's advertising terms. Nothing in these terms overrides Amazon's rules as they apply to you.

5. Changes to your Amazon accounts

  • Every type of change is off until you switch it on, and each change needs your approval before it's sent to Amazon.
  • When you approve a change, you instruct us to send it to Amazon on your behalf. You're responsible for the changes you approve and for their results, including ad spend and sales.
  • We apply limits and checks described in our Docs, but they don't replace your own review.
  • We can refuse or stop a change that looks unsafe, that fails our checks or that would break Amazon's policies.

6. AI output

The answers and proposals you get come from the AI app you connected, working with the data the Service returns. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and Amazon data can be delayed or revised after the fact. Check what matters before you rely on it for business decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break the law or Amazon's policies, or to manipulate reviews, rankings or other sellers.
  • Connect accounts you aren't authorized to manage.
  • Try to get around the Service's limits, approvals or security, or access other customers' data.
  • Resell the Service or use it to build a competing data product.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report misuse of Amazon's services to Amazon where its policies require.

8. Your data

You own your data. We use it only to provide the Service, as our Privacy Policy describes. We don't sell it or use it to train AI models.

9. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but don't promise it'll be uninterrupted. Amazon's APIs, rate limits and data delays are outside our control. We may change or remove features, and we'll tell you ahead of time when a change affects how you use the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee any business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

13. Indemnity

You'll cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms or of Amazon's policies.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can end your access for a serious breach of these terms. When your account ends, your Amazon data is deleted within 30 days.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming.

16. Changes to these terms

We'll email you before material changes take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept them.
